Some people let you comment and then delete your comment. I don’t delete anyone’s comment.
Not that anyone wants to comment, but I treat everyone the same. You can’t say that about most bloggers, as if it matters, as if anyone cares.
Of course, popular bloggers who do exercise some form of comment moderation do their core readers a big favor.
When there’s plenty of competition in the marketplace of ideas, in the interests of time for the majority, it’s advantageous and a valuable service when one person or a few people make preliminary efforts to suppress the noise so the primary signal in a niche signal band can be heard.
